Reading the chart
- Solid line — price/UPB across all deals fully cleared through due diligence. The ledger-true number.
- Dashed line — the same metric, but including deals currently in due diligence. A forward- looking signal that restates as DD clears.
- Buckets with fewer than ten transactions in the window render as gaps — not a downspike — to prevent small- sample noise from reading as a trend.
Using the series tool
- Series A starts as the whole market (all finalized trades, 365-day rolling average). Stack up to 10 series total, each with its own color on the chart.
- Click a series card to expand it — the chevron on the right toggles the filter panel open. Narrow that series by lien position, state, UPB band, property type, occupancy, senior status, and more.
- Averaging window (90-day vs 365-day) applies per-series. Compare short-term momentum against long-term trend by running both windows side-by-side.
- Variant toggles each series between solid (finalized only) and dashed (finalized + pending).
- Add series duplicates the last card so you can tweak one dimension at a time and watch the resulting curves diverge. Remove drops a series; Copy link snapshots your current chart into a shareable URL.
